Bank Return List of 1st Qtr and 2nd Qtr FY 2018-19

The Fund for Cooking Cost is transferred to the Bank Accounts of School Management Committees from the State Mission Office,MDMS,Assam.

As per information from the Bank Authorities,the Fund is not credited in the Bank Accounts of few SMCs due various reasons during 1st Qtr and 2nd Qtr of FY 2018-19.The List of those schools is enclosed herewith with Transaction Error Descriptions.

Allocations of Food-grains to SMCs for the month of October,November,December'2018

Food-grains to the School Managing Committees has been released for the 3rd Qtr of FY 2018-19.

Quantity of Food grains released:-
                                            Lower Primary Stage:  4084.54 Qntls
                                            Upper Primary Stage:  3271.60 Qntls
