The Fund for Cooking Cost is transferred to the Bank Accounts of School Management Committees from the State Mission Office,MDMS,Assam.

As per information from the Bank Authorities,the Fund is not credited in the Bank Accounts of few SMCs due various reasons during 1st Qtr and 2nd Qtr of FY 2018-19.The List of those schools is enclosed herewith with Transaction Error Descriptions.

Food-grains to the School Managing Committees has been released for the 3rd Qtr of FY 2018-19.

Regarding Correct database of Cook cum Helper

The honorarium of Cook cum Helper under MDMS is released directly to their personal Bank Accounts from the State Mission Office,MDMS,Assam.In this regard,all stake-holders are requested to follow the instructions as per letter enclosed below.

Release of Cooking Cost to the SMCs for August & September'2018

The Cooking Cost under Mid Day Meal Scheme has been released to the MDM Accounts of School Management Committee's for the month of August and September'2018 from the State Mission Office,MDMS,Assam.

Fund released:Lower Primary Stage-Rs.175.855 lakhs
                        Upper Primary Stage-Rs.160.538 lakhs

Release of fund for procurement of Handwash soap and detergent powder under Mid Day Meal Scheme

A fund of Rs 400/- per school is released to the MDM Bank Accounts of the SMCs for procurement of Hand wash soap and detergent powder under Mid Day Meal Scheme for the FY 2018-19 through RTGS(NEFT Mode) from the State Mission Office,MDMS,Assam.

Transportation Cost to SMCs against Lifting of Rice for the Financial Year 2016-17

The transportation Cost @Rs.36/-per  quintal is directly released to 1988 no.s of SMC's  MDM Bank Accounts against lifting of Food-grains(Rice) from GPSS Agents,Fair price shops etc. for the Financial Year 2016-17.

Reprocess of Honorarium(Pending) for the months of April-October'2016

   The Cook cum Helpers whose honorariums for the months of April-Oct'2016 were not credited earlier due to RTGS Error, are re-credited  in their individual Bank Accounts from the State Mission Office.

Registration of Mobile No.s of CRCCs and Teachers in ARMS

The Mobile No.s of Teachers and CRCCs are registered today in Automated Reporting & Monitoring System (ARMS) for submitting of daily and monthly reports under Mid Day Meal Scheme.

Therefore,all teachers are requested to submit daily reports from 8th of January'2018.
